Our core service
Septic Tank Pumping & Cleaning
Regular pumping removes accumulated tank contents and solids. W.E. Fenderson serves homeowners in Auburn, Lewiston and nearby Maine communities with straightforward, local service.
Our approach
We pump the tank completely and do not return gray water to it after pumping. Proper tank access matters: small inspection ports are not a substitute for the service opening used for thorough pumping.
Before scheduling
- Tell us your address and tank size if known.
- Share the last pumping date and describe any current symptoms.
- Mention buried covers, risers and access obstacles.
- Ask about availability and the quote for your property.
What pumping can and cannot do
Pumping removes material from the tank. It cannot rebuild a failed disposal field or fix broken piping. Slow drains and backups can have several causes; describe the problem when you call.
Plan the next visit
Maine CDC’s general interval is two to five years depending on use. Your tank size, household and service history help guide the schedule. Keep a record of each visit.
